After having 3 kids in 3.5 years, I was ready to get in shape and feel good in my skin again. I spent countless hours going to the gym doing all the classes…bootcamp, spin class, body pump 5-6x, a week. 

I was feeling gooood!
I was feeling strong.
I was starting to feel like myself again.

BUT every time I looked in the mirror, I felt FRUSTRATED 😩

Why didn’t I look like I worked out?

Despite my best efforts, including doing Keto, intermittent fasting, cutting calories and tons of cardio, the results were far from what I hoped for.

The more I pushed, the more exhausted I felt and yet, I still wasn't seeing the results I wanted.

That all shifted when I began working with a coach who introduced me to the concept of tracking macros.

This approach not only revitalized my personal health but also propelled me to new heights in my fitness journey.
