I am 43 years old, a wife and mom of 3. I love staying active, exercising and being outside, specifically the beach! For years, working out was never the problem. It was my diet! I never paid attention to my nutrition and had zero desire to change my eating habits.

Sayings like “80% is nutrition” or “abs are made in the kitchen,” would drive me nuts. Why couldn’t I just eat whatever I wanted??

But after years of consistently working out, I looked in the mirror and was completely frustrated that my body felt strong but physically looked exactly the same. If I was ever going to see physical changes in my body, I had to get a better understanding of my nutrition.

In May 2018, at the age of 37, I began a journey of learning (and unlearning) everything I knew about nutrition. I lost over 20lbs eating the foods I love but did it in a balanced and sustainable way.

And now I help other women find that balance too. I am certified with Precision Nutrition, as well as Macro Nutrition Certified through NASM.

I feel way better in my 40’s then I ever did in my 20’s.

Like many of you, I'm a wife & mom! My husband & I have 2 kids, a dog, and a cat. I'm also a teacher with a deep love of checklists & organization! I live in Arkansas & have a soft spot for timeless southern movies; Steel Magnolias & Sweet Home Alabama are two of my favorites!

My love for health & wellness started with at home workouts in my living room after my youngest was born. I started working with Eva as a client in 2021. I found myself frustrated after trying so many diets, extreme HIIT workouts, and still not seeing results when I looked in the mirror.

My relationship with food was horrible, I spent the week constricting calories & then going way overboard on the weekends. There was no balance in my life. Within the first few months of coaching, I saw results in the mirror, the scale, my energy level, and my digestion. 

Investing in my relationship with food and finding balanced nutrition has improved every area of my life, truly! I've been weightlifting for a few years and now have a whole new appreciation of what my body CAN do!

I'm here to be the cheerleader in your corner while you find how to feel your best & work towards the results you're looking for!
